The Bank has two (2) positions open for Customer Service Representatives.
Hours vary (M-F 7:15am to 6:15pm & every 3rd Saturday from 7:15am to 1:15pm) but will total to approximately 30 hours per week. Position is benefits eligible.
Duties include processing deposit and withdrawal transactions face-to-face with customers, processing loan payments, selling bank and personal money orders, handling routine balance and other inquiries, referring inquires for additional bank products/services to other individuals within the bank, and participating in employee and community activities.
The successful candidates will work in an often times fast-paced environment, expected to think fast-on-their-feet (literally), and multi-task throughout the day.
A high school diploma or HSED is required, no prior financial related crimes history, and prior experience in face-to-face customer service contact positions (retail environment) is a must.
